U.S. Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, allowing you to view them before finalizing your purchase. The checkout page presents a range of shipping method options, each with corresponding prices.

International Shipping

Similar to domestic orders, international shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed prior to payment submission. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We solely handle the shipping process to the address provided.

Processing Time

We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, which is why we strive to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days, or sooner. However, during sales events, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for lost mail, incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, or unclaimed/refused packages. Customers can track their package using the provided tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Upon shipment, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • US Orders:

    1. USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
    2. USPS standard shipping (5-7 business days)
    3. USPS Express mail (2 business days)

     

    Please note that Express Shipping addresses must be verified for approval.

    International Orders and Canadian Orders:

    USPS First Class Mail (14-20 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.

    1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
    2. USPS Express International mail (5-10 business days)
  • *All international packages may be processed through custom regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
Will I be charged a customs fee?

A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs is an authority or agency in a country responsible for collecting and safeguarding customs duties and for controlling the flow of goods including animals, transports, personal effects and hazardous items in and out of a country.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. The customs fees are based on your government regulations.
If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or missed delivery, the customer is liable for return and redelivery costs. We do not issue refunds for incorrect address details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EYEVÍ assumes no liability for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. However, upon request, we can confirm delivery details for customers to investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders

We meticulously inspect all orders before shipping. If you receive damaged goods, contact the shipping carrier. For incorrect orders, email us within 30 days of your purchase.

Items Not in Stock

While we strive to maintain stock availability, certain items may occasionally be back-ordered due to popularity. We'll promptly inform you if any of your items are on back-order and ship them as soon as they become available at no extra cost.

Preorder

Popular products may sell out quickly, leading to pre-order availability. Pre-order dates are estimates based on factory schedules. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped together. If you prefer to receive in-stock items separately, please place separate orders.
